Come to a Twilight World....

Heart and her winged, clockworks horse, Equuleus, land safely out of the clutches of The Purists on the synthetic moon known simply as Pink, constructed by her father, Father Inventor, many years previous, where he escaped when banished from Earth.

Heart and Equuleus are left to explore as her father becomes ever more engrossed in the creation of a shield to protect Pink from the rabid determination of The Purists to destroy the little moon and everything on it.

Fearing that life on the eternally twilight moon may prove to be unbearably boring, Heart suddenly discovers that it’s filled with mystery and intrigue and astonishingly more complicated than it first appears.

As power plays augment on Earth with the threat of frightening repercussions for Pink, Xavier, a strange—yet beautiful!—shape-shifter appears on the scene to help Father Inventor save his world. He proclaims an undying love for Heart, having watched her on holos and sensing a kismet between them, since he was a small child.

Follow Heart on her journey with danger and love, thrown into a matrix where her decisions may imperil the lives of those she loves the most.

REVIEWS:

"Heart’s universe expands as she continues her adventures on Pink, the artificial moon constructed by Father Inventor. She struggles to adjust to her new world, while missing her friends on earth. But as always, she makes new friends and loyalties.

"In Moons Rising, the plot deepens as Heart learns more about her role in this well thought out and constructed universe, with mystery, suspense and grand adventures.

"The graphics at the beginning of each chapter enhance an already compelling story, and the book covers for all the books in this series are awesome works of art."

"This is a great follow-up to the first book in the series, as we follow Heart growing up more determined than ever to be a loyal friend, both to her old friends and to the new ones she meets on Pink, the moon Father Inventor had created. Her willingness to take risks and place her friends before herself is a good character arc. The story is fast-paced and draws the reader in; the characters are intriguing and well drawn. I look forward to reading the next installment."
