A great read!

This fun book kept my mind busy while waiting at hospital. The characters were very interesting. The story line was refreshing having a mystery that did not involve a murder.

Joy Forest, the main character, who solved the mystery of the missing horse was lighthearted while struggling with a prior broken heart when visiting her childhood hometown.

This is my second book I have read of the Joy Forest Cozy Mystery Series. The first book was A Loveliness of Ladybugs which I enjoyed also. I really liked Robbie, the robo cat. Even though he had a minor role in the story line of this book, I am hoping that in the next book in the series, A Clowder of Cats, Robbie will have a more major role as he is a cat.

Another Delightful Read!

An Haras of Horses, another book in the Joy Forest series, continues to delight the reader with its vivid descriptions, near-future technologies, and colorful characterizations of humans and animals. Blythe truly puts the “cozy” in a cozy mystery. Another Delightful read!
